Very fun game! The characters and their attacks are great, mask abilities are also. I managed to escape, but I still have one hidden enemy in the visit log - the one in the top right corner :)

That was a lot of fun - thank you. I loved the art work and thought the bosses were hard - great job!

Nice game! I had fun playing and thought all the bosses had their charm. Music is dope. Did you guys make it? Definitely curious about the tracks/artists :)

I noticed once I got the ranged ability on the 2nd level, I had no reason go back to punching. 10 damage at a safe distance was always preferable to 7.5 damage, especially as all the enemies started having ranged attacks. My strategy in the final levels with enemies was basically kite them around so they clump up, get really far away from them so they aren't on screen, and spam shoot at them. If keeping punch in the rotation is desirable, maybe it can do more damage than shoot, or maybe it gets a knock back so it becomes more useful. Just spitballing ideas.

Anyway, great work on this game!

Great job! Impressive scope for a fairly short jam.

Super minor suggestion: the master volume was turned nearly all the way down for me by default, so I didn't realize the game had music and SFX until after the game was over. I *think* your volume control is just in DB (rather than scaled to "linear"), because for me, I couldn't hear anything unless the volume was dialed up to almost 100%.

Thanks for the feedback! Indeed we had the volume managed in DB, this is our 1st time using godot and also our first jam so we were quite inexperienced, we'll look into it, always a good chance to learn something new. Thanks for playing our game!

interesting concept! so much concept for the amount of time the jam was, I personally feel like it would feel easier to control if it was a twin-stick game, but that may just be my personal preference!

Thanks for the feedback, this is our first try on a GameJam and it was so much fun but also a huge challenge, a lot learnt and a lot of decisions we'd change if we were to start again. Thanks for playing our game!

Pretty unique concept and the gameplay has its charm. Though, I don't get why the Nurse can OHKO you, guess she really is a lady of her word.

(+1)

Indeed she does keep her word, the idea was to implemet a unique boss where you can stand on her areas until she poisons them. Maybe it wasn't really intuitive given the animation? Thanks for playing our game!

You made this solo? Congratulations, the gameplay feels so smooth and the pixel art is also great. You clearly know where your streghts are and are utelizing them here. Also your first published game? Awesome!! Keep it up.

If you have time, also feel free to check out the game I worked on.

The 3 of us worked on it in our free time and I can't be happier with how things turned our given our 0 experience developing games. Thanks for playing it! We'll try all submitted games we can during the week. Best of luck!
