Does this mean users can be reasonably confident that the games have no viruses?
I can't guarantee there won't be any viruses, but I manually look through the quality of the game and etc so people don't upload pure garbage games.

I don't really know the specifics. If you want, you can submit something and I can review it to see if it is a fit for the site. Mainly, a game would be something people play for fun, not a tool they use to create stuff for their game.
