Oh you may want to add subtitles. I play with low volume (because horror games be scary) and I initially did not properly understand the voice for the first clue about the key on the window. I restarted the game because I walked over a desk and got stuck behind it on the upper floor (now that I think about it, I wonder whether I could have gotten around it by switching to day mode... still you may want to fix that though). I properly heard and understood the first voice clue when I restarted at this point.
