Yup, I read the protocols and that was the first thing I tried! I think the problem might be the controls... those knobs are very hard for me to turn.
i wonder if its a mouse sensitivity thing? were you moving the mouse up and down to turn them? we should defo have made it clearer that you have to move the mouse up and down i think
