How does your game fit the Magical Girl Genre?
the player character is a mysterious girl who has the ability to wield a magical weapon (and explores various worlds fighting monsters along the way.... supposedly)
Which theme(s) do you pick?
snake eater (and phantom pain)
How does your game fit those theme(s)?
the player character wields a weapon that can extend into a snake-like form, able to latch on to targets and consume the energy of opponents (also most of the enemies are supposed to be ghosts..... supposedly)
If you follow any of the optional challenges, elaborate as you like.
none yet
Were the assets for your game made during the jam? Elaborate as you see fit.
during? no.. after? maybe....

Salutations!
I think the concept of the weapon latching onto enemies, like a snake, to cause damage is original and a bit challenging to master.
The proof of concept was something. (?) I like mysteries and cryptic stuff, and the description is a little ambiguous.
Notes to mention:
I like the art style, though. It's cute.
Would totally revisit if there is an update with more content.
I think the mechanic of latching on to the target to deal damage is cool. If you're able to build the game properly around it, I'd like to give it a try.
In all honesty, not much of a game to review here. I do like the assets, and the idea behind the mechanic is very interesting- that said, as the game is in its current state, there really is not much to review. I do hope you play around more with the concept- I can already see some potentially fun shenanigans once could pull with targeting and tethering.
Hookshots are never boring.
Anyways, hope to see more from you!
Going to expand on this any further? :)
