Having worked on a game that also deals with streaming, I really wanted to try it out!

The recreation of the “live urban exploration” atmosphere is very successful. The work done on the character’s face, with the eyes adjusting, the camera shaking while running… it’s really cool.

I see real potential in the viewers’ reactions to what the streamer shows on camera (as explained in the text on the wall). The fact that they react to what they see, but that some are lost, saying something like “drink water,” represents a live chat so well, haha.

Kudos also to the monster’s head, which can suddenly turn toward the camera at random.

Congratulations, this is a great way to explore the theme of streaming, and you’ve done it well!

Thanks! It was a lot of fun to implement a chat! There’s so many chat features that I had to stop myself from implementing because the whole jam could have been about it.

I saw we played with the same theme so I want to try yours as well :)

On our end, the absence of chat makes the streaming simulation less impactful than in Please Keep Watching. So it’s very inspiring to have been able to play your game, thank you!
