It is difficult and you need enough items to lower the Lust and raise Stamina.
You also need high attribute values to win, this is how I did it in an earlier version.
But I may just have been lucky.
You shouldn't be able to do so though. Giant plant related contents are not ready yet, so currently you can't beat it.
