Hello, i need to report my problem

when i get quest "experimental gun", i search for water bottle from spire of courage, but i didn't found anything, when im killed the fairy in challange floor and medium dungeon, i just get magic water not a water bottle, and when i open the blue box in 2nd challange floor, i get water bottle but when im get out from spire of courage, that water bottle turn to magic water

please help!

Water bottles and buckets are special items, currently dropped only by water fairys in the challenge floor of the Spire. The challenge floor is unavailable at first, you need to finish all other floors first to make a note appear on the Aldlyn city board, which invites you to the new floor in the Spire.

how i can get raid in spire of courage? i still new in this game

"You need to finish all other floors first to make a note appear on the Aldlyn city board, which invites you to the new floor in the Spire." <- That's were you get to the raid. You should be level 40+ though, or else it might be very hard to win against the raid boss.
