Sounds like you were banned from participating to jams, likely due to spamming one in the past. Post your ticket ID here like the rules of this category say and like you see other people doing, and I'll let our admins know. But the time is very short.

That's exactly right. When I was completely new to itch.io, I didn't understand how jams worked and mistakenly submitted to about 6 or 7. I got banned for spam, which they later lifted on my account, but they kept the submission ban in place. I haven't tried to join a jam in over a year, and I'd really only like to participate in this one. It would be nice if they'd at least respond to my messages about it, though.
