Sorry to hear that. Have you tried re-downloading in case it’s a corrupted download?
I’m afraid I don’t have much other advice. I’ve been tackling bugs as they’ve come, but I don’t know how to replicate this.
I have tried redownloading it
I will look in the file to try to figure out what is wrong
I fully uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it finally worked for some reason
It's likely your previous download was corrupted.
