What a beautiful game! I loved the starting screen, and your sprites are just amazing! The sounds were great too, and was a good atmosphere for this kind of game.
Points for improvement would be equalizing the sounds, the lantern activation sound is just too loud compared to the other sounds. The dog is also too extreme in its difficulty setup, where it can hardly chase you, but once it bites you once, you're stun-locked and its game over. Also, I think for this game the collision of the player should mainly apply to her feet. It doesn't feel right that her head collides with the walls when it barely connected.
Overall a good game, can't wait to see what you do with it!
