I can certainly look at adding a trans option to the player character creator.
I've done some testing regarding your second point and as far as I can tell it's working. When she pulls into the station, you exchange numbers then the interaction ends. From there you can find her in your phone contact list and call her. Does she show up in your phone?

About the new girl, I can get as far as watching her pull in, but the option to meet her (the one where the answer is just the girl's name), I can't click on it, so I have to back out or just stay there. I'm using a windows laptop if that helps, and I've had no issues running the game in the past.

I've done some more testing and I think I might have fixed this. I found that the button wouldn't work if the custom girl had an apostrophe in her name, for example O'Brien or O'Connor. I've just released a small update that sorts this out, hopefully that's what was happening for you.
