Yes, the lesbian sex content is optional. The MC can have sex with Hunter (the thug), and the entire previous update focused on expanding the MC–Jose side story, which includes plenty of straight sex content.

In my personal opinion, there should be more straight content. Most is solo, or just watching CG's and cutscenes, mostly about her fantasies.

I too avoid lesbo content, which leaves me with pretty little H-content to be watched.

The story is good, though. It definitely is not a bad game.
