About the third level, if you mean "HEYFONN_LAKE_03", the boulder there is supposed to become pushable after completing the dialogue with the character nearby it.
If you completed the dialogue but the boulder still was un-pushable, that's probably a bug, yeah.
Or otherwise if you mean the boulder in level before that, that gets stuck in a hole, you can go around it from a corridor that's a bit to the right😊
Hey, thanks for the followup! I went back and played the game again and this time I got to the end, though it took a couple tries. I think I may have gone to the lakes in the wrong order, but I'm not sure if I misclicked something or if it was an actual bug. Unfortunately, I also don't remember if I had completed the dialogue near the un-pushuable boulder, but I didn't have that problem when playing it today.
Sorry I couldn't give you more detailed explanations of the problem I encountered :(
