  • Strong "Silent Hill" vibe. Dig the music. Environments look great, character designs not really my taste. Straightforward puzzles, dialogue system a bit iffy though.
  • Exceptional under every aspect! I loved the visuals and the puzzles. The camera/controls were awesome for a 3D point and click game, the creators of Syberia 3 should really learn from you. I liked that the game was voiced, big plus there. The overall vibe of the game is amazing, I really enjoyed the mental hospital/old school/slightly creepy feeling. The characters were interesting and the story intriguing. I loved the puzzles, especially the distraction puzzle, and some "chain quests", very well done. This is a true masterpiece!
  • Very atmospheric and intriguing. I found it easy to navigate which is often difficult in 3D games.

I like the use of gray tones. It makes the hospital seem really creepy. The game froze during one conversation, otherwise I experienced no major problems. I cannot say too much about the story without spoiling, but it was fun to investigate and trick my way through the game. The 3d works well enough, but for me it just adds the trouble of where to click to make my character walk. I'm a story first kind of guy, but I guess 3d may help for immersion, especially for younger players.

And...interesting use of the jam theme!

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! This was my first go at making a point-and-click adventure, so I wasn’t totally sure how the 3D movement and camera setup would come together. Really appreciate hearing what worked (and what didn’t) — it helps a lot for the next one!

Hi, this is the first 3D adventure game I've played after a long while. Interesting dialogue, and I smiled when I read that line "Every sinner says the same. Denial drips from their tongues like rot. ..." XD.

As a deaf gamer, I could hear some low calm music, when I was in the reception, the sound of "hammering something" was disturbing, and when I saw that "poster", I started associating the hammering sounds with someone being hurt and began imagining horrible [b organ] surgeries...

I finally entered the office, but the screen was black. I restarted the game, and was able to continue from inside the office, and I saw the cutscene and dialogue. After a couple of choices, I saw the shocking end. Is it only one ending or is it one of multiple possible endings? Well done for only 2 weeks' development :)

Thanks for taking the time to play and share your experience! I really enjoy working in 3D, it just has a feel I prefer over 2D (not to mention I don't have any 2D art skills). There’s only one ending in this version, but with more time I would’ve loved to expand the narrative further. This was my first attempt at making an adventure game, so hopefully next time I can do more 🙂

Please expand the game, as I have been thinking of this game. Want to play full-version :)

I managed to get into Dr. Gray’s office, but unfortunately, when he asked if I remembered anything about what happened, no dialogue options appeared and I got stuck there. 😕
Still, up to that point it was a great experience, the atmosphere is super creepy, and I really liked the blurred vision effect at the start. Too bad I couldn’t go further, because the story was really intriguing… 😥

Thanks for the play through. You're pretty much at the end, but that sucks that you ran into a bug. I wasn't able to do much play testing, so I'm not totally surprised ;-) and I didn't get that last section implemented until the last few hours of the game jam. The game should auto-save your progress though, so you could try reloading and using the "Continue" option from the main menu.
