This is excellent! Great atmosphere, creepy vibes, simple, yet satisfying. Very weird. Kind of chill too, but requires some skill without being overly frustrating. This is one I'd kinda like to see made into a full game because it feels like there could be so much more and a story!
I just realized I'm a fan of your itch.io games. Loved the game with seed packets that were used to grow bugs in a weird basement lab (Creature Packets), and that one where you walked into photographs (Liminal Gallery), and the one where you were on an elevator and doing stuff but had to make sure your finger didn't get too hot (Red Finger). LIDAR is cool too.
Kind of amazing how you can create such a cool and unique vibe in your games.
One question/suggestion if you expand Metal Underground, since part of the fun was finding out the names of the bugs,.. Trying for no spoilers in my comment, what's the name of the only bug you can't collect? Maybe that's something that could be revealed somehow at the game end. A big part of the fun of your games is discovering not only how to play them, but the world you create for each of them, even if we only get to spend a small amount of time in them.
Forgot to mention, thanks for making your games optimized and playable even on a potato computer like I have. I like the style too, but I also like the playable framerate. :)
