Perusing through entries, looks like you forgot to upload the original resolution file as a downloadable file for your project. This will disqualify it if it's not completed.
I've download your picture, but actually it's wider than espected, you should probably downgrade it x4. Also there an undesired color in it (the grey one on the background). otherwise, very pretty character with a nice dynamic pose. great job
