Sorry to ask,why is the game only showing black screen when playing on android/device,i thought i need to wait a little longer for the game to load but after 15-20 Minutes the game still stuck in black screen how do i fix it?

Is that your first launch or did you update the game?
Either way, best course of action would be to clear game cache first and then reboot your phone.
To clear cache:
Open phone settings -> all apps -> find REC game -> storage and cache -> clear cache
🚫 DO NOT CLICK 'CLEAR STORAGE' AS THIS WILL DELETE YOUR SAVE FILES🚫
