there is a "light effect" (green transparent line) and Toni still not working ^^ I cant' add picture here :(

That green light effect is deliberate, to make it look like an 80's CRT monitor. And the message "we don't know where they can be found" when looking for TIno means that you can't get a statement from him since their location has not been discovered yet. You need to ask the wife.
