I do.
I touch grass.... I go for a 5km walk every day, play Volleyball in my local Mixed League weekly (won our division this year, go me), garden and lawn tend bi weekly for the sick elderly mother I am full time carer for, as well take care of all shopping, appointments and household duties, whilst also being around 380,000 words/700+ pages in to my first attempt at writing a novel, and keeping my friendships and relationship both working by all the little social things we do as humans, to foster productive connections in interpersonal relationships. BBQs, Dates, Coffees, meeting for lunches and all that jazz.
I live life. You know that that is right? You must do, you know what grass is, so that is a start.
When I am awake, alone, late at night, however, I do not play my PS5, or get on something hot on my PC Master Race gaming rig.... I play AVNs..
