I can't update from 0.18 to 0.19, I get an error saying "this title is hosted on an incompatible third party website".
That is explained on the FAQ page in the Wiki.
Don't use the itch app to download Harem Hotel. Use itch.io.
You can also download from Patreon, it's the same links.
