For download methods, google drive offers 15GB of free storage per account, and it has decent download speed. I would recommend this.
(Internet archive has free unlimited storage, but a little slower than gdrive)
Did you try downloading game from the Google Drive link? Was it faster that way?
Google drive is available, but it is the quickest host to reach its limit. It's almost always unavailable.
