Pretty fun game!

The music is of course the highlight of the game, and it really shines through. I enjoy the tracks a lot.

On the gameplay side, I thought it offer a modest challenge, but tbh I don’t see it as much of a rhythm game, maybe closer to a bullet hell game. The game is still fun to play, but I thought the genre classification is not the same as you said. There’s also the problem that each level ends where the song ends, but there’s no visual indication on the game screen of the player progress in the song. I also thought the initial puzzles before the music section was a bit unrelated to the core experience, but I suppose it still relates to the game thematic.

The visuals are simple but still fun to look at.

Overall I think this is a pretty enjoyable game. Good job!

Game Exploit

I found a game exploit where I could just move the player into a border, take one damage, just stay there and clears the stage without doing anything else.

Thank you for such a detailed review. I should point out that as developers, we never stated that our game is a rhythm game. We described it as a “musical game.” The player doesn’t press buttons in sync with the music (although enemy figures are spawned roughly to the rhythm).

Also, thanks for pointing out the exploit.

Oh sorry, I must have misremembered the wordings when I was writing the comment. The mistakes you make when you’re sleep deprived haha. Still, it was an enjoyable game :)
