Posting in the forum is not a good way to contact the staff. As the rules state, the staff does not read or respond to posts in this forum (sometimes the admin does, but it's very unlikely). Questions are usually answered by other community members.
Two things to keep in mind: the staff is currently under a heavy workload due to the payment issues for NSFW games, so response times are much longer. Secondly, if you urgently need to contact the staff, as stated in the rules at the beginning of this section, you should post your support ticket number, as the moderator can then bring attention to that ticket.
With that clarified, if you use butler, your game size limit doubles; instead of 1 GB, you should have 2 GB without having to wait for the staff to respond. Given the current workload, using butler is the quickest solution.
