pretty impressive to get all this working as a real gb/nes rom (i looked at gbdk and decided to not make a real gb game haha)

Interesting mechanic and I totally see the vision for the 2 player competitive version of this, the jumping around to the different trains is pretty interesting and feels it could be mastered/optimized. I felt like I was cheesing it a bit when I would just go through the train to pick up every tool at once before trying to clear a bunch of points. Maybe something like tools disappearing after a certain number of uses (i do like being able to carry multiple things for what tis worth)?

Also i don't know how intentional this was but once I was really cooking and clearing like 4 riders at once all the SFX for the wheels filling up did kind of sound like a train, which felt appropriate!

thank you for taking a look! i really appreciate the detailed feedback. i am glad the vision is there even if the tools / tasks feel a bit "simple". the tool use suggestion makes sense (i was thinking something like "tool belt" to possibly reduce clutter). also specialized cars or tasks per tool to make each a bit more unique. or perhaps customers standing up / moving around. sigh...

it is fun to use GBDK / C but I think the development speed is quite slow. maybe give it a try once or twice to get the feel. cheers!
