Nice work, I particularly like the sprite work of the plants evolving! One thing which is my major critique is in the controls. Interpolating cameras can seem to make the game more polished, but you shouldn't interpolate mouse camera movement. A mouse is a device made for precision, and so it's preferable to just let the user choose where to click instead of panning the camera smoothly. This way they might accidentally click something they didn't want to :)
