So disappointed... Whoever this MC chick is, I couldn't care less, and quite frankly, if Keldran interested in her then I'm definitely not interested in him. What happened to my MC from the Academy Carols!? What happened to the "I will never forget you"!? What happened to the promises?! What happened to the love!?
When my old MC received the letter back without it ever reaching Keldran and Keldran disappearing to the thin air, do you really think he would have just let it be and forgot all about Keldran and not turn ever stone in the existence to find him?! Yeah, no...he absolutely would not have rested before he found him. As for Keldran...I don't think he would have disappeared without contacting the original MC, as he didn't seem like a total A-hole. Ugh.
Why not do an actual sequel and keep the familiar characters around? I'm sorry but I just can't like this game, as character vice it feels like betrayal. This feels less like a sequel and more like a spin-off, or a restart. And since I'm already invested in the original story, all this does is rub me the wrong way.
