I don't see itch having any reason to scam people, and they seem to be paying people even if they're late. It's clear that something went wrong and that's why payouts are being late. We all want our money, this spam doesn't help

Comparing yourself to Churchill might be normal in your country, but it reads as very strange to people in mine.

Anyhow, I’m pretty sure the IRS is the wrong agency to send a complaint about a Merchant of Record withholding funds and communication. Try the CFPB.

Ah, and it might be helpfup to keep in mind that the second Trump administation is deeply impaired and anti-consumer. Support from any federal agency will likely be sparse to nonexistent.
