Yeah, if you actively pursue both of them it’s planned to be a different route than if you’re only romantically involved with one of them. The character for the 6th route is in the game already… whether you’ve met them or not though I can’t say because technically you don’t have to.

editing 7 months later, I did meet him at this point I just completely blanked on him. I considered like 8 other character's and completely left him out and find it kinda funny he was the only one I think I didn't consider XD.
