I'm having issues with the Whispering Bandit quest, I have all 4 allies and have done all the quests, been doin the blackfur hunt for hours on end, but the guy in the trade district won't appear, is there a estimate of how long it takes for him to appear?
I should probably ask, and this is probably my issue, it the quest paid patreon or just patreon exclusive?
