I'm not exactly sure what the issue is, but maybe try running it with DX11.

VanimateApp shortcut → right click it → go to properties → locate Target → there you’ll have the path to the exe file within quotations ("). After it adds a space, then -d3d11

Example “c:\xxx\xxx\xxx\VanimateApp.exe” -d3d11

i might be slow then cuz i havent seen "vanimate.exe" when i download it again

You first need to use WinRAR, 7-Zip, or a similar program.
You should already have something to extract it from the zip file.
