You right-click on the game shortcut VanimateApp.exe, then → go to properties → locate Target → there you’ll have the path to the exe file within quotations ("). After it adds a space, then -d3d11

You first need to use WinRAR, 7-Zip, or a similar program. You should already have something to extract it from the zip file.
