1 - If you're working with the Scratch engine, I recommend trying TurboWarp or PenguinMod; you'll love them a lot. These sites also have several Scratch plugins that make work easier, such as the 3D View plugin. You can also create your own plugin using artificial intelligence by programming JavaScript code that's a Scratch plugin.

2 - My RoboFoxStudios team extends its warmest regards. We've never seen a developer develop a "real" 3D game using Scratch.
