The download file is bugged and not giving all the files when you unpack it, it starts throwing errors. It's something with the way it's named or packed.
Just downloaded a fresh copy and was able to successfully extract the zip (double checked on another OS), so I'm not sure what might be wrong. Perhaps try another unzip app or download another copy just in case it didn't download properly the first time.
