I have no idea what 13/10 means, other than your context, which I'm guessing is taking some drugs to get high and go on a spiritual journey. But what I'm getting from this is Oriana had a bad trip while Celandine wants to double down and experience her sister at her worst.

Are those the "drugs"? Serpents Kiss is something I remember someone mentioning once in an old comment. Is it a status effect or just AI generated RP? It's never come up for me either way.
Celandine wanting her sister as a broken toy is seems uncharacteristic of her, also kind of fucked up. But knowing Oriana, she'd forgive her sister. Probably even agree with Celandine, after Oriana gets "built anew" as if nothing was wrong now that things are back to normal.
I'm not sure how you managed to lose Relationship so badly. I hardly lose any ever, but I also don't feel the need to be a menace either. At worst I scold an NPC for lying or being reckless in RP about something and that drops it by like a point or two at most.
