Really nice visuals. Great work with the CRT filter in particular, it reminds me a lot of Animal Well.

The platforming mechanism is interesting. It took a bit for me to get used to, but was quite fun once I got the hang of it. It would have been interesting to see what you could do with directions other than up, up-left, and up-right, since those were the only ones that actually seemed useful.

The risk mechanic was pretty cool. I liked that since you're on a timer you can't always sit still and wait for the searchlights to pass, sometimes it's better to run right through them. The only thing I'd change is some of the searchlight placements, there were a few sections where they were impossible to avoid (like when falling into certain rooms) which seemed a little unfair.

Also the red lights just bounce around the screen at random hence the unfair placements at time. It might be that tracks would've been the better way to go but I do like the variety that the random element brings...
