Fun game.
It might be better to make the objective box/spheres more easily seen - perhaps particle effects or an opaque outline around the volumes.
Tbh, I wasn't sure if I should include objective boxes at all, because all of the yellow paint hate in modern games. So I consider to make it optional in the final game. But I guess if option is selected I could make them more visible.
