I downloaded the patch file via Itch, and the third party site worked. In what way was it incompatible?
Game is also available via Patreon and Subscribestar.
i cant download the patch via itch , i get a red font noti saying its hosted on an incompatible 3rd party website. now my question is, i have like 70 hours in this game and im basically 100% done (as of last patch), will i have to start over if i download it thru the other site? or will all my data be wiped? :((
That incompatible 3rd party thing may be affecting only downloads with the Itch.io App.
Copy your save files to a safe place. If you are playing on Windows, Linux or Mac, you can just download the game and install it to another directory, save files work.
If you play on Android, copy the save files to a safe place, then download the game and copy the save files back.
