We utilized the built-in Unity bounciness physics and had to tune it extensively to achieve the desired balance between gravity and fall, ensuring that the character didn't bounce too far. This was to prevent the bounce from feeling floaty and too fast, which would make the bounce feel unrewarding. It was a tight balance.
