This game is great  I could grab some chips and watch the bugs fight for hours!

The artwork looks really nice, and visually I don’t have a single negative thing to say. Maybe the attack feedback for the bugs could be a bit stronger, so the hits feel more impactful. The sounds are also very good, and the background music stays pleasant no matter how long you play.

The concept is really cool, but I feel like there’s a fundamental issue with the mechanics. The idea of using organs to take risks and empower your bug is great, but in practice, I always felt forced to go all-in. If I use fewer organs, I’m too weak and almost certainly lose. If I use all of them, I become strong enough that my chances of losing drop drastically. After a while, this removed the tactical element of the game, since I always just threw in everything I had.

Maybe organs could apply both buffs and debuffs, so going all-in wouldn’t always be the optimal choice. Or perhaps they could sometimes buff the opponent instead, adding more strategy to each round. As it stands, holding organs back just feels like I’m intentionally making myself weaker, which makes little sense since I’d risk losing them if I fail.

If this part were adjusted, the game could become much more balanced and strategic.

That aside, everything else was very positive  enough that I’ve added it to my list, and I’ll be looking forward to future updates!

As a side note: I have to mention the game over screen  when I saw my bugs resting in my grave, my eyes almost teared up. :D :D

Thank you so much for the feedback! I’m glad you enjoyed the visuals, I was a bit unsure about them so it’s nice to hear people liked them. As for the issue of betting organs, we’ve  definitely received a lot of feedback about that, and a downside for betting each organ is definitely one of the first things we’re adding - thank you so much for bringing it up, it’s really nice to know where to improve.

I’m happy you like the music, i spent a long time on it! I really like your suggestions saying that maybe a good “debuff” would be to buff your opponent. We’ve received a lot of feedback on the balance, so we have a lot to consider! Thanks for playing and the thoughtful write up!
