An excellent game! I love your art and the music. And the story makes the puzzle so much more alive. I was intrigued by the half-burned letter in the oven. (Was it an oven?) Perhaps there’s some serious drama behind this incident of drunkenness… It would be awesome to eventually get to the king’s castle.

I’ve made it past the level with the demon at the sawmill. The difficulty curve works very well with the new elements appearing right in time to enrich the gameplay, but not too quickly to overwhelm the player. I would say that the level with the cellar and three barrels was a bit too hard. I thought that maybe it makes sense to have, at first, a level where barrels obstruct the path, but you don’t need to pull them around, or maybe there are only two of them? But maybe it’s just me.

Best of luck with your project! I would like to play further if there were a save game.

Ah, one minor thing, maybe for visual improvement: Sreenshot 06.28.58.png

When a cupboard blocks your way, it’s not always obvious. Like in the screenshot above, I’m unable to move up, but visually there’s a space.

Thanks! You almost completed the demo, after the level with demon there is only one level left and reeval what the bartender kept for you.
