nice little timers.
Some tooltips would go a long way for those buttons.
I would also love to see a little button that automatically assigns a task if you get into the red. (like the sims if you let your sim take care of themselves.

Hey Doug, thank you for the feedback! I just posted an update that adds tooltips and several other improvements.
I really like the idea of adding autonomy! I was thinking about making autonomy a skill so your character is better at self care the higher their skill, and also making death not happen with every need failure.
