Hello! Bullet clear is used to remove the enemy bullets! The damage it does to enemy is neglible and the main use case that it clears the screen when you're in a pinch
In hindsight that is completely obvious, I feel so stupid thinking "What does bullet clear even do?" ahahaha. I must have used it when there weren't many bullets on screen and not realized it clears them.
