These game jams are amazing in motivating people to finish a project, polished or not, in such a short time. But the time limit is a double-edged sword, because you need to scrap ideas/features to prioritise developing a playable game.

If only Brackeys host a Throwback Game Jam so developers are incentivised to continue polishing their games and presenting it again.

Wait. That's not a bad idea, actually!
