My first impression is that I really like the atmosphere. Maybe you could make it a bit less dark because it's really hard to manoeuvre around without battery.
I haven't figured out what the spotlights do yet, but I liked the 'Do not leave the PC' message. :D
I experienced a visual bug with the monster standing outside the fence, I only saw it because of the black square around it. I'll try to recreate it and post a screenshot.
I've always wanted to make a small horror game, and I really like your setting!
