Beard doing Beard things in this jam entry!

As always, your story telling, humor and voiced parts are great. There characters felt alive with their animations and whatever you use to sync up your voice with facial animations is perfect. The framework you use to transition between scenes is incredibly smooth.

I got a good chuckle out of the emo dude. I personally hated the emo scene in high school, but god help me since all my friends still love it. For some reason, I also found the skunk guy hilarious. Just walking around constantly unable to stay in one place. Maybe he just reminded me of myself. Oh! and the little intermissions explaining how some people got disqualified. Funny about what happened to the last guy. It ties in well with my game!

Your scenes were incredibly detailed without any performance hits. Framerates stayed smooth throughout the entire experience. I also really enjoyed the night goggle effect. It had the real potential to burn my eyes out, but yours was balanced and felt natural.

Some Notes
- The run time and pacing were a bit off. It being primarily a VR movie, it needed more ups and downs with action. It felt like I was going down a steady stream story wise the entire time without much fluctuation. Some pacing would have helped more with engagement.
- One of the bumps that got me was the Day X scenes. Since this screen (although different backgrounds) is shown between every scene, it starts to feel like you're just watching a Day X screen half the time. I think you're mimicking the show, but for this experience, it just slows down the progress of the story. Cutting it out and just adding it to the scene with the character talking would have chopped off a lot of runtime and maintained engagement.

Your work continues to just get better and better. There is a massive amount of content in this submission. Detailed environments, synced up voice acting, comedy, scripts for multiple characters, great audio, and smooth transitions! Thank you for your hard work on this entry! I'm always excited to enter the world of the Beard. Hope to see you for the Halloween Jam!

I'm honored. Great notes, useful, I appreciate you.
