Hello! Welcome to Feedback Quest 8! My name's Hythrain, a co-host and one of the streamers for this event! This feedback is being written live as I stream your game! If you're interested in seeing my live reaction, let me know and I can send you a link to the VOD once it's posted to YouTube!
So my normal approach for any game in these events is simple: I get the game, make sure it's not a virus, then play it with as little information on how to play as possible. This way, I can judge how intuitively someone can figure out the game. Only if it's obvious that I need to read more will I do so. I note this so you can get a sense where some of these feedback comes from. In addition, I want to note that feedback and rating are different; don't use this feedback to gauge what I'll rate, nor should you view my rating as entirely indicative of my feedback.
This is a cute little puzzle game. It took me a bit to realize that in the fourth stage, you were required to drive the black cat in the middle out. Not sure why it failed me.
There were some strange visual bugs going on when getting cards. Sometimes there'd be extra cards behind one card and one time I drew a card and my entire hard changed.
Two things I'd love to see out of this are that it can be made full screen (as a streamer, I want the game to take up my entire screen without anything else to distract), and it'd be great if, once a player does a puzzle involving a cat, that cat and its behaviour were added to a catalogue. That way, if there's anything particular about a cat that isn't obvious (such as why that one black cat on stage four knocked the other two cats out when, prior to that, they had never bapped a cat that was already in a box) they can catch it.
