one noticeable thing for me at first of getting into this was the default small text size, took quite a bit for me to get used to it and only after finishing this did i realize there was still that accessibility option of shift+A. oh well, future note for myself if i ever replay this.
this one rekindled my otome interest, felt like i was brought back to those classy antique otome era back then what with the beautiful GUI too. i honestly skimmed over the ‘vampire’ word here so i was like delighted by the hints linking up to each other and having a ‘called it!’ moment. that was just silly though, but what was even more silly, i got bad end of Michael first, that one titled ‘do you trust me’ and had me screeching angry in agony at myself. i did find one typo of double ‘my’ in the line ’Michael leans close to me … ’, just minor and the rest of experience was still overall smooth.
when Viktor first made an appearance, i honestly thought he was just going to be this cold type of male lead, but turns out he was much better and responsible and wise lived up to his ancient vibe! i fell for him hard lol (we have same zodiac too wooo!), and got his true end right away (and even reaching his bad end without meaning to..) it was because of him i had squealed, my maidenly young heart brought alive mnay times more than i can count. the vampire pandemic scenes were set up in a pretty relevant-realistic and matching intense atmosphere really shone out the horrors. another thing that felt loose-ended and i guess almost unsatisfying was what happened to Theo, vague and well, i’d just like to see him suffering tbh, and i forgot if it ever brought up why Theo didnt speak up about letting Emilia go or something but i assume it probably had to do with pride, putting himself and his own family at a stake (haha) and that the founders influence was just that powerful over even the Bolton.
