Dramatic opening, tension in the string harmonics and I enjoyed the flute runs. At 0:13 I felt the second note of the heroic horn motiff would've been had more impact were it a bit more staccato... and a bit of separation between the descending notes would emphasize the attack of those notes (I mean, it's a dramatic march, not a lazy legato stroll, y'know?).
Section starting at 0:22 is fast-paced and chaotic, guessing that's the part where the bad guys are up to bad guy things. Works well and I like the composition of the strings and horns, though IMO I felt the bass was a bit loud compared to the rest of the mix there (and maybe bring the string melody up a little).
Section starting at 0:44: string melody and harp provide a lovely peaceful vibe. If you were to develop this section a bit more, consider bringing in a second instrument to run counterpoint after the 0:56 phrase.
Section at 0:58 conveys a silly vibe. Bassoons are silly.
Dramatic transition at 1:35 between the triumphant march and a return to the opening leitmotiff.
Cool overture reminiscent of classic SNES/Genesis era JRPGs.
