Playing 2.20 now. Gréat update! These Underverse Sub-units are awesome! I do have a few questions on it; I see that they affect the Cargo-compressor: mine has 300T capacity, which is upped to 375... According to the 'Overcharge Value' of 133.9%, it should be a little bit more; 400T? .. In this same extent; Im using the Akasha's Tendrils..which seem to bug atm: I cannot select items 'when i dream of... 'fat lewt!' :P Perhaps a coding error?... (but of little consequense, as i have a Newgame+ save(Orb), with like.. 30 Bots in my Warehouse to supply me with plenty. But, i thought to mention it, as it did work in the previous version!) Then.. again these Underverse Subunits; I assume they affect my Weapon and overcharge its damage? Also overcharge my Shield-absorb? I did notice it gave an EXTRA movement-option to my Mark III engine, so that is also VERY nice! ... Still grinding, hehe, i guess maxing out the Mining Laser would add to its Yield? ..what about the (voron?) Hyperdrive? or the Argus Uplink? .. I dont know about the Missile Launcher, it didnt add any additional slot, so i guess the Uv-Subs would add dámage to the Missile Launcher? .. oh, and maybe its me, but i really looked everywhere for that Milking Board...till i randomly thought; 'Lets use the Spacewrench on the spot',...and voila.... lolz... idm looking but.. perhaps include this in the Quest's log! ^^ I was stuck on this one for quite some time.
I am very pleased with the game, and with the updates! So please dont consider this as any negative comments, just positive feedback!
I hope to see many more updates! ... the expectation is a bit 'created' now, with this gréat 'Underverse Subunit'-perk, which adds a LOT... but quite late in the (current content of the) game...So cant use it very much....yet ^^ But there is a lot of potential still, and much content that still isnt 'expanded'... Enlightend of Yr(Monastery?) the Swarm Nexus...Slaver's Bay? ... The Gateway System has room too.. And.. as the use of the Gateway leads to the énd of the Game... its perhaps an idea to expand thát as well? Maybe let the game continue there: The player would enter the Rigel System(Seraphine's Homeworld?)..with a massive story there... Set up trade there, using a Gateway from there, back to the Game's systems) ... do 'stuff' in Rigel... and unlock a néw Jump Point...... it could go on for a long time!
I have to commend the writing, as well as the concept of this all! When i first started this game, i was sceptical..a bit lost... but once i got the hang of it a bit.. i realised this game had so much potential, and i have enjoyed it very much!! Several times over!
I would atleast give the gréatest of compliments to YV for the quality, originality, persistance, and creativity! Many a Game-company could learn and take an example of this work!
